CHICKEN FUEL ketchup
ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons lime juice and 2 tsp salt
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 pieces of orange leaves
2 cm ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
puree:
3 large red peppers
6 red chili
8 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
5 grains hazelnut, toasted
3 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt
spread:
2 tablespoons margarine,
7 tablespoons soy sauce
How to make:
1. Rinse the chicken, coat with lemon juice and salt, let stand briefly. Rinse again and drain.
2. Marinate chicken with spices, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the chicken, add the galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, and ginger, and cook until chicken is tender, remove from heat.

FRIED CHICKEN TASTEFUL
MATERIALS:
1 chicken, chopped 20 parts
1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 liter of water
puree:
10 cloves garlic
8 items pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons cilantro, toasted
1 tablespoon of salt

Sweet Chicken Soup
Materials:
1 chicken weighing 900 grams
2 liters of water
4 cm ginger crushed
2 stalks lemongrass crushed
12 cloves of finely sliced red onion
5 eggs poached chicken
100 grams of sprouts bitterly hot water
6 tablespoons sliced celery
2 tablespoons cooking oil
80 ml soy sauce
puree:
8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp toasted cumin
1 tsp toasted coriander
8 roasted hazelnuts
2 cm turmeric fuel
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Complement: soy sauce: 8 pieces of green chillies, 3 cloves garlic, saute briefly and puree. Mix with 100 ml of soy sauce.
HOW TO MAKE:
1 Boil the chicken and insert the ginger and lemongrass. Cook until chicken is tender and then, remove and set aside the broth for gravy.

Mango Shrimp Salad Dressing
ingredients:
2 pieces sweet fragrant mango peeled diced
2 oz diced ripe papaya
0.6 oz diced red pepper
1 oz ripe peas
2 oz boiled shrimp and discard skin pancet
0.5 oz diced green pepper
1 oz nelley mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
3 pieces lemon juice and water grab

Fettucini Tomato Sauce Red Beans
MATERIALS:
250 grams fettucini, boiled
250 grams of red beans, boiled
1 tbsp chopped parsley
sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
250 grams of beef has deep, sliced into matchsticks
50 grams of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
150 grams of red beans cooked
1 green pepper, cut according to taste
Topping: 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoos salt
200 ml sugar
50 ml salad oil
Smear of sauce / tomato asta:
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons onion , chopped
3 tablespoons tomato paste
8 tablespoons tomato sauce
6 piece fresh tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon pepper,
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano and
1 teaspoon ground basil leaves powder
50 ml water
Topping:
1,4 oz cooked tuna
1 oz peeled shrimp, sauteed briefly
2 oz squid, cut into chopped, sauteed briefly
0,5 oz button mushrooms
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced,
1 green pepper,
1 red pepper
1/4 pieces nena, sliced into fans
3 cherry tomatoes
0,5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
0,5 oz robber, grated
How to cook:
1. Make the base: Mix the flour with the instant yeast, sugar, salt. aduka average. inputs of water, knead, add the oil and continue to knead until the lettuce smooth, let stand for

- beat the egg whites until fluffy, put the sugar and beat again until stiff, mix the dough apple

- 300 gr Shrimp ( peeled leaving tail )
- 300 gr Mussels

- 250 gr Meat snapper
