Materials:
1 chicken weighing 900 grams
2 liters of water
4 cm ginger crushed
2 stalks lemongrass crushed
12 cloves of finely sliced red onion
5 eggs poached chicken
100 grams of sprouts bitterly hot water
6 tablespoons sliced celery
2 tablespoons cooking oil
80 ml soy sauce
puree:
8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp toasted cumin
1 tsp toasted coriander
8 roasted hazelnuts
2 cm turmeric fuel
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Complement: soy sauce: 8 pieces of green chillies, 3 cloves garlic, saute briefly and puree. Mix with 100 ml of soy sauce.
HOW TO MAKE:
1 Boil the chicken and insert the ginger and lemongrass. Cook until chicken is tender and then, remove and set aside the broth for gravy.
2 Heat the cooking oil then saute onion slices and crushed spices until fragrant. Then enter into the broth. Add soy sauce and bring to a boil again.
