CHICKEN FUEL ketchup



ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 tablespoons lime juice and 2 tsp salt
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 pieces of orange leaves
2 cm ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
puree:
3 large red peppers
6 red chili
8 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
5 grains hazelnut, toasted
3 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt
spread:
2 tablespoons margarine,
7 tablespoons soy sauce

How to make:

1. Rinse the chicken, coat with lemon juice and salt, let stand briefly. Rinse again and drain.
2. Marinate chicken with spices, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the chicken, add the galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, and ginger, and cook until chicken is tender, remove from heat.

FRIED CHICKEN TASTEFUL



MATERIALS:
1 chicken, chopped 20 parts
1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 liter of water
puree:
10 cloves garlic
8 items pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons cilantro, toasted
1 tablespoon of salt

20 grams of corn starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking oil to taste

Complement:

HOW TO MAKE:
